Guidelines for requesting a campus wide email.

The CNU community can have relevant news and event announcements distributed via email to three university-wide target audiences; faculty, employees and students.

In these goups, "faculty" include all individuals who are in CNU Live as instructors--regular, part time and adjunct. "Employees" includes all staff and all administrative & professional faculty.

This announcement capability has been granted to a limited set of individuals by the University's Chief of Staff and Vice Presidents.

Please follow these guidelines when requesting a campus-wide email:

1. Potential announcements should be submitted ready to email. Each request should be thoroughly proofread for grammar, spelling, punctuation and accuracy, especially for dates, times and places and contact information. Announcements will be released "AS IS." The integrity of the message is your responsibility.

2. Your entire announcement must be included in the body of the message (no attachments). All announcements should be as brief as possible:  "Just the facts!"

3. All announcements must pertain to CNU business or CNU sponsored campus activities or events only.

4. Clubs and / or organizations requesting an announcement must be an officially recognized club or organization by the Office of Student Life.
